Judy and Lee Marks, owners/promoters of the Country Folk Art Festival, are always interested in adding new artisans to their shows. After 30 years of experience in the antiques business, both as exhibitors and show managers, we have learned what it takes to produce successful shows. After 18 years of show promotion, our goals remain the same:

  • Produce a limited number of exceptional shows in the strongest markets in the United States, focusing on quality rather than quantity.
  • Maintain a strict standard of Excellence by keeping quality at the highest possible level. No gift-show items, no mass-produced items, no imports.
We are seeking craftsmen or artisans who are making reproductions of American antiques, contemporary folk art done in a traditional manner or country crafts that are unique and one-of-a-kind. If you are interested in being considered for one of our shows, please send us the following information:
  • At least five color photos (no slides). Please label the backs of all photos with your name and phone number.
  • Brief resume indicating where you have exhibited, awards won, features in publications, etc.
  • Self-addressed stamped envelope.
  • Addressed To:
    Judy Marks
    P.O. Box 134
    Glen Ellyn, IL.
    60138
  • or Email the photos and history to us at judymarks@earthlink.net

We are not accepting any of the following categories:

Oak furniture, stained glass, wheat weaving, grapevine wreaths, clothing, curtains, magnets, jewelry or any items that may be seen at mall craft shows or gift shows. In addition, no items may be mass-produced, imported or made from kits.

If your work is accepted, your name and photos will be placed in our files. This will not guarantee a booth, as we fill in booths on an as-needed basis to avoid duplication.

If your product is not acceptable, we will return your photos. Please do not send samples, as we will be unable to return them.
